Skillful Means

The practice of Skillful Means does not lead to any Paradise or Nirvana, because it is founded on the absence of the “I” and Self. Therefore, in the absence of what is defined as illusory or NON-existent, there is no goal. As each body (the 5 layers of the sentient being) is emptiness, and emptiness is the bodies, there can be no type of attachment. Practising Skillful Means obligates one to overcome dichotomies and become capable of uniting - “in the inconceivable harmonic interaction” - the “I,” the Self, and the 5 layers to everything that “the Internal” (the Indivisible Being) conceives of as external.

Knowing that all this is named, it knows that a construction which depends on the laws that organize the universe and therefore sentient beings, with their illusorily independent destiny, are only “rings of a moment of countless chains” which link form and emptiness that the Absolute Infinite sets free in Itself. Form is respected and utilized in all its layers and, in “harmony” with sentient beings, becomes ill, reacts... up to the mind which cannot be stopped, immobilized, or centered! But the Seekers of Skillful Means must not, operating in reverse, permit it to move in all its infinite positions. They must perceive the “Thusness” or Reality as it is (the Unnameable Non-Self, Space Pre-Creation, Nothingness dreamed of by lovers of the DIVINE), in order to know Reality before and after the Creation; that is, the Container of Creation.
That having been said, it is obligatory to operate in the world with its “joys” and “sorrows”- diseases which are “necessary” in order to follow the wave – whatever it may be – of life;

To listen to those who do not say anything, as they are immersed in illusion;
To accept the torments of those who invent torments in order to exist;
To fall ill because others fall ill;
To heal because others heal;

NEVER separate yourself from the Creation by seeking shelter in the NON-Creation. We must always remain between birth and death, without living there with the mind that resides in it. Thusness already “resides,” it is useless to attempt to construct it. Rather, try to use compassion, love in all directions, as a base in order to become an instrument of the “First and Last” Reality.

The earthly sheath of the gate (the soul) is the home where one welcomes information, evolution, searching in freedom; you become permeated by all other sentient beings, you remain at their disposal so that they can achieve the inner joy that never belonged to anyone – it is property of the entire creation.

That which is said is always empty, concepts in which the “useless words” float like a vibration out of tune, in its freedom, in a Reality devoid of emptiness, devoid of discrimination, empty as the minds of the non-born and the dead, devoid of the ornaments of good actions in the world of cause-effect: purifications, exemplary virtues and every connection between Form, Mind, Universal Network and Laws which govern the whole.

How long does it take to achieve such a Realization ?
The beginning of the Way is an immense FREEDOM in the Creation; which becomes “Thusness,” therefore “immeasurably” unlimited, which seems impossible (we cannot define it as infinite because only the Absolute Is infinite). The consciousness of the innumerable minds of sentient beings who pertain to any direction (identity, right or wrong opinions, cultural or social level, saints and demons, demented or scientists, believers or heretics), allows the sentient being to be Liberated from the elements of suffering.

Even if the body becomes ill, we are beyond the body, even if the mind rides the waves of the oceans of sorrow, we are beyond the mind, the conscious enlightened awareness dictates the Laws of the Universe, but you perceive the Beyond.

Even if the Beyond attracts like Joy, one is not attracted; we do not forget the desire to help the sentient beings – infinite as they may be, with their infinite destinies in suffering – to “illusorially”lead them to know the Nature of All Things and, through “the inconceivable harmonic interaction,” to “Thusness.”

Wisdom (one of the useless words) together with Skillful Means (finally, other useless or quasi-useless words), leads to what cannot be perceived. What cannot be perceived remains without definition or word, therefore it can neither be interpreted nor discussed.

The Realization is not made of words!
That said, one should also know that the means which lead one to take action, even if skillful, can obligate sentient beings to believe in them. To say: “This went well, the means were right!” does not lead to Realization. One must learn to say: “This went BADLY, the means were right!”. HOW CAN WE THINK THAT ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS IS NOT THE HARMONY OF THE ABSOLUTE?!

The subjective mind is far from the objective intellect. Anger over things that go wrong and joy over things that go right are seeds for new minds, new “I's,” which will then chase the illusory being with new, manifold experiences. Lives? Universes?
NEVER slaves of the mind, thoughts, actions, results, positive or negative, always free of all opposites!

Skillful Means use type “a” love (the love we are dealing with in this text) and not type “e” love (the word used by sentient beings) because that love comes from ignorance.
Type “a” love is neither physical, nor based on sensation, nor mental, nor based on any other illusory construction: it is an integral part of the necessary “natures” to be conquered, LOVE-WISDOM-SKILLFUL MEANS, so as to achieve access to the inner Paradise: EMPTINESS-NON-ACTIVITY-NON-FORM.
To possess the “I,” the Self, mine, is the worst poverty; the biggest wealth is emptiness.

To sow the seeds of wisdom, whose flower is the Skillful Means, you must eradicate the other roots that suffocate it: RAGE, ANGER, hatred and chaos. Do not wave the cries of the mind as a sword in order to fight. Silence and calm must reside within you, without any attachments. Sentient beings, bound to the world of form, try to lasso you in order to tie you to their own wheel of destiny. We must untie their knots, without becoming more entangled, and try to escape. But without their attempts, how could we realize Love, Wisdom and Skillful Means?

The reality is that sentient beings, coming from what they do not know, and going towards what they do not know, have only two apparently separated moments: birth and death.

Therefore, in the absolute state, they seem (given the times of a single Universe) practically non-existent. For those who only focus on life, this is obvious, that's all they have! Therefore, nothing or little more than nothing, depending on their thought. Seekers of the Skillful Means must explain (though conscious of participating in this non-existence), reaching the concept of form and emptiness as identity, without EVER generating an attachment to any Paradise.

Only in this way will they will be liberated from ideas or thoughts of love and hatred, from illusory values and illusory time, in their future existences, so they can perceive the “inconceivable harmonic interaction” which must not be constructed, because it already is.

In practising the Skillful Means, we cannot consider sentient beings as separate in destiny or in the Laws of the Universe. Nothing is a separate internal “island,” separate from the immense external. Sentient beings believe themselves to be separate and as such they act, think and move, thus losing the essence of the Oneness. This is why in the practice of Skillful Means, all that is made and produced must be transcended; being in the Absolute, the Nature of Things is Emptiness. Hence, more useless words.
